Premier was founded by Bryan Cook in 2021 with a straightforward goal: provide dependable exterior cleaning, communicate clearly, and treat every property with care.
What began as a small local service company has grown to handle residential properties, restaurants, retail locations, financial institutions, hotels, automotive facilities, and other commercial properties across Mississippi. Bryan remains directly involved in estimating, planning, and completing projects, giving customers a clear point of contact from the initial conversation through the finished work.

Different surfaces require different cleaning methods. We select the equipment, pressure, and cleaning solutions according to the material, its condition, and the type of buildup being addressed. Clear Estimates and Expectations
We define which areas are included, discuss what can reasonably be cleaned, and explain anything the customer should know before work begins. Some projects can be estimated using photographs and property details, while larger or more complex jobs may require an on-site assessment.
